After a blistering 3 days in the sun, I found refuge at Uchiko with new pal Deana on my last night in Austin. Deana is a rad chick who also happens to be Uchiko executive chef Paul Qui's girlfriend which means we got some extra special treatment that my stomach and I more than willingly accepted.
